These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and nv9891 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nv9891 online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features available atnv9891.cam.

When registering an Account on nv9891, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not register using a false identity, fictitious name, or any details that do not correspond to your true legal identity.

nv9891 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until such verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. nv9891 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify nv9891 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach.

You may update your contact details at any time via your Account settings. However, changes to your registered name or date of birth require documentary evidence and are subject to nv9891's approval. nv9891 will communicate with you using the contact details held on your Account — it is your responsibility to ensure they remain current and accurate.

By using the nv9891 Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the Platform to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or verification system employed by nv9891.
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or underlying code.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, and that you may lose money. You accept full personal responsibility for all decisions made while using the Platform.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any third party, nor allow any third party to use your Account for any purpose.

nv9891 provides its Services on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability, for which nv9891 shall not be held liable.

nv9891 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency via USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at nv9891's discretion.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. Players should verify the current minimum prior to initiating any transaction.

By depositing funds into your nv9891 Account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. nv9891 will not knowingly accept deposits sourced from criminal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

All transactions on nv9891 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. nv9891 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

If a deposit transaction fails or is not credited within the expected processing time, you should contact nv9891 customer support with your transaction reference number. nv9891 will investigate the matter and resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, nv9891 reserves the right to return funds to the same method prior to processing withdrawals to an alternative channel.

nv9891 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programs to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In addition to those specific terms, the following general bonus terms apply across all nv9891 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be claimed on behalf of another person.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific product or market (e.g., cash-out features where available).
• In the event of a technical error during the placement or settlement of a bet, nv9891 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Real Money Balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nv9891 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nv9891 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, even if nv9891 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, nv9891's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nv9891 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. nv9891 is not responsible for any damage to a Player's device, software, or data resulting from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nv9891's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by nv9891's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

nv9891 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Upon receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Real Money Balance will be handled in accordance with nv9891's investigation findings — legitimate funds will be returned to a verified payment source, while funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation or legal proceedings.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting nv9891 customer support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which nv9891 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to nv9891's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.

Players are encouraged to raise any disputes or complaints directly with nv9891 customer support in the first instance. nv9891 will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

These Terms and all related documents shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
